The modern design of the rooms is complemented by a range of Smart features that will contribute to an amazing experience. Thus, the new 3 Oaks concept facilitates both reception and remote check-in, which is an important measure in the context of the COVID pandemic. The rooms are equipped with smart latch door locks which can be opened with a card or a PIN code received by hotel guests via SMS.

For enhanced comfort, the deluxe rooms have a smart room control that leaves each guest the freedom to choose a lighting scenario, be it for sleeping, reading or relaxing, but also the possibility to digitally control the temperature. In addition, depending on their wishes, guests can access certain services only by pressing a simple button, such as mini-bar refill, DND (do not disturb), towels change, cleaning.

For guest safety, the bathrooms are equipped with a panic sensor.
