   The rates displayed on the website are rates per room per night and include VAT, free WI-FI, breakfast. Rates are in lei. The special tax for tourism promotion is included.

   We can only confirm your booking if we have all the requested information. Please ensure that all your personal details are correct.

   The reservation can be canceled without penalty 7 days before the arrival date at 18:00. In case of no-show or late cancellation, SC MADYON SRL reserves the right, without prior notice, to charge the value of the first night’s accommodation from the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

   The applicable law is Romanian law. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved at the competent court at the headquarters of SC MADYON SRL. 1. Legitimate reason and legal basis for video surveillance

The use of the video surveillance system is necessary to maintain an optimal social climate and to increase safety, security and access control in the premises of SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L., as provided by Law no. 333/2003 regarding the protection of objectives, assets, values ​​and the protection of persons, as well as Government Decision no. 301/2012 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 333/2003 regarding the protection of objectives, goods, values ​​and the protection of persons.

Legal framework:

a) Law no. 333 of July 8, 2003 regarding the protection of objectives, assets, values ​​and the protection of persons, with subsequent amendments and additions;

b) Decision no. 301 of April 11, 2012 for the approval of the Methodological Norms of Law no. 333/2003 regarding the protection of objectives, goods, values ​​and the protection of persons;

c) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ( General Data Protection Regulation)

d) The instructions of the European Authority for the Protection of Personal Data regarding video surveillance,

2. Scope and Scope of the Video Surveillance Policy

SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L operates a video surveillance system to prevent, deter, manage and investigate safety and security incidents, as well as for the protection of people, property (from fire, theft, burglary, attack or any other threat). The video surveillance system supports the achievement of common security and access goals by monitoring specific areas and events. The system is part of the measures designed to support the security policies of SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L. This policy establishes the mechanisms for using the video surveillance system, as well as the measures adopted by SC MADYON SRL to protect the personal data and private life of people in SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L premises and in its immediate vicinity.

3. Ensuring the operation of the video surveillance system in accordance with the legislative provisions regarding privacy and data protection

3.1. Review of the current system

The procedures of SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L are periodically reviewed, to ensure compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free circulation of this data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

3.2. COMPLIANCE

SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L processes images in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

3.3. CCTV system

The Closed-circuit television (CCTV) system of SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L can be periodically subjected to a risk analysis for each individual surveillance camera. Based on the analysis and with the objective of minimizing the monitoring of areas not relevant for the intended purposes, the location of the cameras and viewing angles may be modified, replaced or confirmed.

3.4. Transparency

The video surveillance policy is available and published on the website of SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L (www.3stejaribrasov.ro).

4. Areas under surveillance

The placement of surveillance cameras and their viewing angles is based on a risk analysis, ensuring that the cameras are directed exclusively to the most important areas within the building. Surveillance cameras are provided to monitor the entry and exit points of SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L. In addition, cameras are provided that monitor connection points, as well as the proximity of certain areas of major importance that require additional security, such as areas where sums of money are kept, the reception area, as well as restricted access areas.

Areas likely to offer a higher degree of discretion, such as offices, are not monitored. Spaces likely to offer a maximum degree of discretion, such as hotel guest rooms, shower rooms, toilets or other similar locations, are never monitored. The monitoring carried out outside the SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L premises is limited to a minimum.

SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L uses the surveillance system to guarantee safety, security and access control. The surveillance system helps control access to the building and ensures the security and safety of the buildings, staff, tourists and visitors, as well as the assets and documents present or kept on the premises.

The video surveillance system helps prevent, deter, manage and, if necessary, investigate safety and security incidents, potential threats or unauthorized physical access, including unauthorized access to buildings or IT infrastructure.

The CCTV system monitors the minimum area required to ensure the safety and security of the building. Given the high level of exposure of the SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L building from a security perspective (the perimeter is easily accessible), the entrances and perimeter of SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L are all equipped with surveillance cameras. The purpose of using these cameras is not to record or process special categories of data, nor to target an individual, but to be able to prevent, assess and investigate security-related incidents.

SC MADYON TOP TURISM S.R.L will not disclose the video images to anyone, with the exception of the police, prosecutors’ offices and courts, upon their express request.
